Just a short video from a walk into the woods near the RR Tracks. I was hoping to catch a glimpse of the elusive Empire Builder, Amtrak's Premier locomotive juggernaut to the Great Pacific Northwest. But, alas, today it was the little train that couldn't. I had to substitute a local Metra commuter as "Empire" left the starting gate at Chicago's Union Station (20 minutes away) an hour late and was limping along at about 30 knots. (Since I'm closing on an Artistic Note, that screen is an original digital rendering of my photo of a 400 yr old tree in Dalkey, Ireland from 1999.)
