We're almost there!!! Here is the 3rd leg (huh?) of Christmas Morning Train Ride 2006. As close as any train tracks can be to a large body of water, the route of Amtrak's "Empire Builder" skirts Washington State's Puget Sound so closely it feels like you're in a boat. Once again my on-board running commentary is rife with 'questionable' facts and pointless observations. All aboard for the West Coast of Washington State and beyond.
